Shipping & Delivery Information

Small items will be delivered via courier or Australia Poist.

Large items are delivered with either a courier or removalist. Both will require that you are home for delivery and sign for it. If you are not able to be home, they will leave a card for you to sign giving them authorization to leave in designated area.

  • Delivery is Monday through Friday depending on area
  • For larger items, our removalists will call on the day in advance as well as the day before if possible. Exact times can not be scheduled unfortunately as we do not run the courier companies.
  • Item is delivered in the manufacturer’s packaging to inside the house
  • Does not includes unpacking, assembly or packaging removal. Most items requite little or no assembly unless otherwise noted.

FURNITURE DAMAGES & RETURNS

Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally they do occur. In the event that your custom furniture arrives with any sort of damage or defect, we will make it right. We ask that you fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery, and note any imperfections at that time so that it can be recorded in your furniture delivery documents.

If there is damage, to packaging, please let courier know at time. If you refuse your furniture delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, the furniture will be brought back to the local delivery terminal, where will review and evaluate the condition of the piece, so that we can determine how to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We ask that you please call us at 1300 897 715 or email us at info@ecochic.com.au If there are any issues at all with your furniture delivery, so that we can assist you promptly.

Standard Shipping Zones. The shipping rates refelcted above are for the following areas: Metro areas of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne. Higher rates will apply to Canberra, SA and Perth. Regional areas may have additional shipping charges which will be sent to customer for approval and payment before order is finalized. If the additional charges are not approved, the customer may cancel the order at no charge.
