Unusual and stylish, these creative and colourful baskets are made from recycled plastic shopping bags - the cheery brights are selected and colour co-ordinated then plaited and woven to give these attractive and functional baskets...we love a bit of clever upcycling! 

Great for laundry, toys, storing beach towels and umbrellas, bolts of fabric and perfect for tidying up the bits and bobs around your house with colourful style.

The baskets are all handmade by a social project in South East Asia that is providing training, fair wages and good conditions to marginalised communities. Currently a small project employing nine local people, they plan to expand and develop the workshop into a sustainable enterprise that locals can run as a co-op.
