The Cristobel furniture collection has that classic colonial style reminiscent of a Caribbean beach house.  This sofa is a nice compact size, so in addition to working as living room furniture,  it looks amazing as an end of bed in a large bedroom.  The fine rattan weaving on the back and arms of the sofa accentuate the dark teak beautifully.  The soft seat cushion is upholstered in an off white canvas.                                             

You can create your own personal retreat by utilising several pieces of the Cristobel collection of furniture in a room or pick an accent piece to compliment and contrast with a modern setting. 

We realise there are lots of cheap imitations out there that look quite similar,  but they are made from wood that is low quality and from questionable sources.  The Cristobel furnishings are exquisitely hand carved from reclaimed aged  teak.  The timber is rescued from traditional Javanese homes that are being torn down and replaced with modern structures. The Cristobel furniture pieces have all the depth and character offered by recycled wood and come in a medium rustic finish.
