A Quiet Moment

We really like the casually creative vibe of this home office. Everything about it is unstudied and understated, yet it really makes a statement!
Why does it all click into place?
-
The wall paper is the key to cool here – a plain painted wall wouldn’t have quite the same impact.
-
Using an old favourite of a chair is a great idea in the office, often our best ideas come when we’re enjoying the relaxed and the familiar, so feel free to get groovy with office chairs and wait for inspiration!
-
The juxta position of the industrial lamp and the oh, so feminine and pretty flowers is always a winning combination – and so easy to achieve! Even a jam jar of leaves from the tree in the garden works to soften your environment, adding natural colour and an outdoor feel to a work setting.
-
The casual placing of the art work and candles reminds us there is life after work but work can be fulfilling too, so don’t be afraid to have extra curricular items in your area.
-
The desk is attractive and even inviting! Shiny black and a bit sexy, makes working from home tempting...
We can help you achieve this laid back business like look – the Tabitha desk would work beautifully against the Feather wall paper and our Directors chairs could provide a nice eclectic contrast. Try the Christopher lamp next to the Kiki art work and a few Garden Party Glow candles to finish.
