Shipping & Delivery Information
Small items will be delivered via courier or Australia Poist Items ordered together may not arrive together FURNITURE DAMAGES & RETURNSDamages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally they do occur. In the event that your custom furniture arrives with any sort of damage or defect, we will make it right. We ask that you fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery, and note any imperfections at that time so that it can be recorded in your furniture delivery documents. If there is damage, to packaging, please let courier knwo at time. If you refuse your furniture delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, the furniture will be brought back to the local delivery terminal, where will review and evaluate the condition of the piece, so that we can determine how to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Standard Shipping Zones The shipping rates refelcted above are for the following areas: Metro areas of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne. Higher rates will apply to Canberra, SA and Perth. Regional areas may have additional shipping charges which will be sent to customer for approval and payment before order is finalized. If the additional charges are not approved, the customer may cancel the order at no charge. |
