We sell only really nice stuff...comfortable, well made and beautiful.

BUT what if you hate it, it doesn’t match, or it doesn’t fit??

NO PROBLEM, we will refund you ALL of the purchase price and we will pay for ALL of the shipping as long as you fall within the STANDARD SHIPPING ZONES. You pay nothing, that’s how sure we are you will love the Eco Chic experience. If you are outside these zones,  you may have to pay just the amount that is over the normal shipping costs,  but we will always try and minimize this for you.  Small items will not attract a surcharge.

We take great pride in the quality of our furniture and home accessories, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) unused within 14 days of receiving the order and exchange it for something else or receive a full refund of the merchandise cost and shipping. After 14 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY. Please note that we cannot accept returns on furniture or home accessories damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased furniture or home accessories. 

If you receive a damaged item, claims must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise and packing materials retained, otherwise returns can not be accepted on the basis of damage.
